Clients add funds to their Parceltive wallet to pay for commissions — $1 of wallet balance is $1 USD and never expires. Each top-up carries a 5% processing fee covering payment gateway charges. We only deduct based on the final result, and any excess reserved amount is refunded to your wallet for future use (e.g. you order 10-15 minutes of video, the final video is 13 minutes — you only pay for 13 minutes and the rest of the reserved amount is refunded).
